"Turkish & Ukrainian Law Seminars" are organized within the framework of the 5-year Momerandum of Understanding agreement signed between our university and Ukraine Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
In this context, Prof. Ferna IPEKEL KAYALI from the Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law is going to give information about “Types of Capital Increase in Turkish Corporations” in the first of the seminar series. Afterwards, Asst. Prof. Bohdan KARNAUKH from Ukraine Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University Civil Law Department is going to make a presentation titled “Causation in Tort Law: Rock of Uncertainty”.
